'Baahubali' Writer Planned To big project Tamil Movie

If the reports emerging from kollywood circles are anything to go by, KV Vijayendra Prasad, the writer of 'Baahubali', is penning a story for Ilayathalapathy Vijay, one of the biggest starts of southern cinema.

After conquering Tollywood by penning the stories for his son Rajamoul's films, Vijayendra Prasad has also embossed his name in golden letters in Bollywood with 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan'. He is also working on stories for big actors like Salman Khan, Ajay Devgn and Sunny Deol. Now, the senior writer seems to have shifted his attention to Tamil cinema.

He is reportedly working on the script of Vijay's 61st film, which is likely to be helmed by Atlee, who has recently delivered a mammoth blockbuster titled 'Theri' starring Vijay. Atlee had earlier expressed his wish to team up with Vijay again for a sequel to Theri but latest reports revealed that he is gearing up to direct Vijay in a different project altogether. It is said to be universal subject penned by Vijayendra Prasad. The shooting of this film will commence in January 2017. An official announcement is expected shortly.

Meanwhile, Vijay is busy with the shooting of his upcoming movie, 'Bhairavaa'. The unit is currently shooting few pivotal scenes in Hyderabad. The film stars Keerthy Suresh as the leading lady.
